Welcome to Gululu (“the App”), a mobile application designed to provide professional photo filtering and editing tools to help you turn creative ideas into stunning visual content. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
No Account Required: The App does not require you to create or log in to an account to access its core features. You may use all of the App’s tools, including pro filters, gesture edits, and the all-in-one editing kit, immediately upon downloading the App without providing personal account information.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to this Agreement.
Permitted Use: You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to edit your own photos. You may not use the App to edit photos that you do not own or have the legal right to modify, or to create content that violates the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
Pro Filters: The App provides 13 professional filters with real-time previews and intensity sliders (0-100%) to adjust the effect. The availability of these filters is subject to occasional updates or modifications by the App developer to improve performance or add new features.
Gesture Edits: The App supports gesture-based editing, including pinch-to-zoom, swipe-to-rotate, and long-press to compare edited photos with the original. These gesture controls are designed for ease of use, but their functionality may vary slightly depending on your device’s hardware and operating system version.
All-in-One Editing Kit: Beyond filters, the App includes additional editing tools such as cropping, brightness/contrast/saturation adjustment, text addition, and fun accents. The developer reserves the right to add, remove, or modify these tools at any time to enhance the user experience.
Undo/Redo Function: The App offers infinite undo/redo capabilities to allow you to experiment with edits freely. This feature is intended to prevent accidental changes, but the App does not guarantee the recovery of edits in the event of a device crash, app malfunction, or unexpected shutdown.
Ownership of User Content: You retain full ownership of all photos and content that you edit using the App (“User Content”). The App does not claim any ownership rights to your User Content, and you may use, share, or distribute your edited content as you wish, provided that such use complies with applicable laws and this Agreement.
Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of using the App to create or modify such content. You agree not to use the App to create User Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on the rights of others. The App developer is not liable for any User Content created using the App, and reserves the right to restrict or block access to the App if you use it to create inappropriate content.
Storage of User Content: The App stores your edited photos locally on your device by default. The App does not automatically upload or store your User Content on external servers unless you explicitly choose to share your content through third-party platforms (e.g., social media) via the App’s sharing features. Any sharing of User Content through third-party platforms is governed by the terms of service of those platforms, not this Agreement.
The App developer may release updates to the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, add new features, or comply with changes in applicable laws or device operating systems. These updates may be automatic or require your manual download and installation. You agree to accept these updates to continue using the App, as older versions of the App may not be supported or may contain security vulnerabilities.
The developer also reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When modifications are made, the updated Agreement will be posted within the App or on the App’s download page, and the “Last Updated” date at the end of this Agreement will be revised. Your continued use of the App after the posting of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating systems. The developer also does not warrant that the App’s features will meet your specific needs or that any edits made using the App will be preserved in the event of technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages caused by app malfunctions, loss of User Content, or compatibility issues with your device.
You may stop using the App at any time. The App developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App at its discretion if you violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in illegal or inappropriate use of the App, or if the developer discontinues the App or any part of its services.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership of User Content, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
